The new management’s strategic goal is to reposition the company and turn it into an Information Technology company. For the purpose of this reposition, the management has set up a new business line, focusing on technological advisory and consulting activity, using the management’s professional experience and business network.

The activity is based on using different methods of building business strategy, development and project management in the field of Artificial Industry.

In long term, the strategic goal is to provide competitive and innovative solutions based on artificial intelligence, complex hardware and software developments.

In order to implement this strategy, the most obvious way for the company is to find an appropriate target IT company, who has competitive expertise in this area and can be considered an asset (i.e. in-kind contribution).

The management is in the process of negotiating with target companies, analyzing product and solution portfolios and the professional competencies of potential colleagues.

The company was founded in 1999 under the name of Art New media S.A. and it operated on the art market. In 2008, the company made its debut in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect market, becoming a listed company.

At the end of 2016, Mr. Bilal A. Noor became the main shareholder and CEO. He restructured the company and changed its business profile to providing consultancy services. At the end of 2017, the company decided to change its name to Ark Royal SA. Mr Bilal A. Noor resigned on August of 2019, when he sold the main ownership.

After the acquisition, Mr Lóránt Tókos was appointed to the Chairman of The Board. The new management repositioned the company and built it up as an IT service provider and information technology consultancy company. The main business lines are artificial intelligence, hardware and software developments. From 2020 the company’s new name is Polaris IT Group SA.
