OBTAINING SUBSIDY FOR EMPLOYMENT

Polaris IT Group SA informs that the application for a subsidy, submitted by the Issuer’s subsidiary iSRV Zrt., in the competition „Encouraging professional expansion”, has been positively considered, and the Company will receive a subsidy in the amount of HUF 41,983,200 (approx. PLN 518,000) in under this economic development support program.

As part of the project, iSRV Zrt. will employ six new colleagues, for a minimum of 24 months. The Hungarian state provides a grant of approx. PLN 3,597/colleague/month to the iSRV Zrt.

The capital group Polaris IT Group SA (Polaris) was established on July 6, 2020, Polaris owns 100% of shares in iSRV Zrt. through a subsidiary.
