SOFTWARE LICENSE SALES AGREEMENT

Polaris IT Group SA and its subsidiary iSRV Zrt. have agreed to distribute the software/license sales projects for B2B partners. Polaris IT Group SA has the distribution rights of the software/license developed by iSRV Zrt in those cases, where the potential buyer is not the end-user of the software.

Following the agreement, the first transaction has taken place. Polaris IT Group SA has sold software components licenses of the online learning-related technologies developed by iSRV Zrt.

Polaris IT Group will receive approximately PLN 1,338,000 revenues under the contract, 5% of which will remain in Polaris IT Group SA, and 95% will be the revenues of iSRV Zrt.

In the last few years, the priority project for iSRV Zrt. was to develop a modern and safe online learning system based on video communication. The Group expects the online educational services market to grow significantly in the coming years.
