A keretmegállapodás hatálya alá tartozó jövőbeli megrendelések becsült nettó értéke 250 milliárd forint (kb. 3 milliárd zloty). A keretmegállapodás megkötése nem minősül megrendelésnek; minden egyes konkrét megrendelés a DKÜ által kiválasztott és a DKÜ-vel keretmegállapodást kötő konzorciumok közötti újbóli versenyeztetés tárgyát képezi.

Az iSRV Zrt. igazgatósága úgy véli, hogy a társaság jó eséllyel pályázik a megrendelések elnyerésére, és ki fogja tudni használni egyéb beszerzési lehetőségeit, kínai kapcsolatait és saját fejlesztési képességeit.

In the research project to be implemented, ISRV Zrt will develop a special 3D printer based on phase-controlled radar technology and a precision, also radar-controlled metal casting target machine. Due to the planned technological innovation, the goal is to create a 3D printing and metal casting capability that is significantly faster, resulting in less scrap and wasted raw materials. The project will also use Machine Learning industry 4.0 data control based on self-learning algorithms. The total budget of the project is expected to be HUF 552,100,000 of which the non-refundable grant is HUF 326,960,000. The project will start in the fourth quarter of 2021 and will last a year and a half.

ISRV Zrt. (“iSRV”), a company wholly owned by Polaris IT Group, is also a member of the consortium led by 4iG, according to the consortium agreement previously concluded by iSRV and 4iG.

The public procurement procedure for the conclusion of the framework agreement (“Framework Agreement”) is governed by Regulation 301/2018. (XII. 27.) “on the Procurement of Servers and Storage Facilities and Related Services (SRVT21)”, and took place in two parts. Part One: Purchasing Homogeneous Servers and Storage; Part Two: Purchasing Inhomogeneous Servers and Storage.

In both parts of the public procedure, five different consortia of joint bidders were announced as the winners by the HDGA, one of which was a joint consortium of bidders led by 4iG Plc in both cases.

The total budget of the Framework Agreement is EUR 582.000.000 net, that is EUR Five Hundred Eighty-Two Million net.

The conclusion of the Framework Agreement does not constitute any automatic order; each specific procurement will be recompeted between the consortia participating in the Framework Agreement, in line with the needs of the public organizations concerned.

The duration of the Framework Agreement shall not exceed forty-two months from its entry into force.

In addition, the subsidiary iSRV Zrt. completed the contract concluded in the first quarter of last year for the delivery of specialized e-learning and communication software, using modern solutions based on artificial intelligence, for a business client from the UAE, for the amount of EUR 6,455,000. This amount will be entirely the revenues of iSRV Zrt.

The Hungarian subsidiary of our company, the ISRV Zrt., signed a contract last week with the Codaltec Company which is under the supervision of the Colombian Ministry of Defense, about sales of the weapon simulation system in Hungary.

Within this agreement, the ISRV Zrt. will buy the newest generation, modern firearm-training system developed by Codaltec. ISRV Zrt. intends to resell this system for law-enforcement training, with the help of a contracted Hungarian partner. A special permission for producing and international sales of military technology is needed to carry out these transactions. ISRV Zrt. already is in possession of these permissions.
